Your mattress should be longer and wider than the amount of space you and your partner uses to sleep. For example, a SUPER SINGLE BED SIZE is recommended for teenagers or adults sleeping alone as opposed to Single Bed size as it would offer that extra space required.

If room size is not a constraint, we recommend the Super Single size bed for Adults as it provides better comfort and sleep quality. Children above the age of 12 may outgrow a Single size mattress, which makes the Super Single size bed a good upgrade.
Queen Bed Size and King Size Bed
The Queen is the minimum size recommended for 2 Adults sleeping together. A King size mattress would allow more movement and would be an ideal choice if space is not a constraint. This size is also a better fit for heavier sleepers or if you have kids who likes to share your bed.
Single Bed Size
A single can accommodate an average sized Adult or a young child that no longer wants to sleep in a baby cot. However, as our diets gets better, we are seeing more children outgrowing a single size bed much faster than they used too.
